Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
This policy explains what OneCalculate ("we", "us", "the site") collects when you use onecalculate.com, and how we handle it. We've written it in plain language rather than dense legal text; if anything is unclear, contact us at hello@onecalculate.com.
What we collect
Calculator inputs
Every calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type in — your hourly rate, your income, your gravity reading — are never sent to our servers. If you use "copy share link," your inputs are encoded into the URL itself, which only goes anywhere if you choose to share it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which calculators are useful and which pages need work. This collects standard web analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location by region, device type, referral source) via cookies and similar technologies. You can opt out using your browser's Do Not Track setting or a browser extension, and Google Analytics itself offers anopt-out browser add-on.
Email address (optional)
Some pages offer an optional email signup to hear about new calculators. We only use this address for that purpose, we never sell or share it with third parties, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Advertising
OneCalculate does not currently run advertising. If and when we apply for and enable Google AdSense, this policy will be updated to describe the cookies and data practices that come with it, including how to opt out of personalised ads via Google's own settings, before any ads go live.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can ask what personal information we hold about you (in practice, this is limited to an email address if you've signed up), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@onecalculate.com for any of these requests.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially — most likely when advertising goes live — we'll update the date at the top of this page.
